Rafi Lieberman

Rafi Lieberman is a dedicated People Operations Coordinator with experience in HR functions, onboarding, and employee relations. Currently employed at Upfluence since March 2024, Rafi supports daily HR activities and manages the HRIS. Prior roles include coordinating people operations at Security USA Inc. from July 2021 to October 2023, where Rafi facilitated the employee experience process and resolved employee relations matters. Rafi also worked as a contact tracer during the pandemic and interned in athletics communications, managing social media and creating content for the University of Hartford. Additional experiences include volunteer work as a first responder in Israel and various internships, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Media and Journalism from the University of Hartford.
