Frank Walton

Frank Walton has a diverse work experience in the compliance and investigations fields. Frank is currently working at Uphold Inc. as the Global Head of Compliance Operations and the U.S. Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to this, they worked at Bank of America as a Compliance and Operational Risk Manager for Prime Brokerage. Before their time at Bank of America, they held various roles at Morgan Stanley, including Executive Director and Deputy Head of U.S. Investigations for Global Financial Crimes. Frank started their career as an Assistant District Attorney at Kings County District Attorney's office.

Frank Walton earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Southern California between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Studies at Boston College from 2001 to 2005. In 2014, Frank obtained certification as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
