Dr Sriram Swaminathan

Dr. (HC) Sriram Swaminathan serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Tatva at United Phosphorus Ltd since June 2004, overseeing the sourcing function of a $1.8 billion global enterprise since September 2015. Previously, Sriram held the position of General Manager - Commercial at Bayer HealthCare from April 1996 to June 2004, leading commercial operations. Early career experience includes a managerial role in management information systems at Marico Ltd from 1988 to 1992. Dr. Swaminathan holds a Doctorate in Supply Chain Management from the University of Entrepreneurship and Technology, earned between 2008 and 2011, and has additional qualifications including FICWA from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and a Master of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
