Justin Baudoin, CPA, serves as the VP of Accounting and Corporate Controller at Upland Software since January 2019, following roles as US Controller and Assistant Corporate Controller within the same company. Previously, Justin held the position of Assistant Controller at Khoros, which was formed after the acquisition of Spredfast by Lithium Technologies in October 2018. Prior to Khoros, positions included Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant at Chuy's Restaurants, Senior Corporate Accountant at Padgett, Stratemann & Co., L.L.P., and Staff Accountant at Kolder Champagne Slaven & Co. Justin began academic studies at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from 2001 to 2006.
