Rashi Bhatnagar

Rashi Bhatnagar currently holds the position of Associate Director of Research & Development at Supergut since July 2024 and serves as an Adjunct Professor of Food Science (Product Development) at California State University, Los Angeles. From January 2022 to July 2024, Rashi was the Product Development and Innovation Manager in R&D at Little Spoon. Prior experience at Danone included roles as R&D Food Scientist and R&D Food Technologist II focusing on product development for the Follow Your Heart brand, where Rashi contributed to launching several vegan products. Rashi began at Danone as a Quality Assurance Intern, working on GMP audits and HACCP plans. Previous roles also include Dietary Aide at Valley Presbyterian Hospital and Nutrition Assistant at Sodexo. Rashi holds a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, in Food Science and Technology from California State University, Northridge.
