Julie Lengen

Julie Lengen, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Sr. Manager of People Operations at Uplight since November 2023. Prior to this role, Julie held various positions at EverCommerce from March 2019 to November 2023, including Sr. Manager of People Operations and Lead People Ops Business Partner. Julie's career in People Operations began at TrackVia, Inc., where Julie worked from July 2015 to March 2019 as Manager of People Operations and previously as Executive Assistant/Office Manager. Additionally, Julie was Program Manager at the Institute for Health Technology Transformation from October 2012 to July 2015 and completed a Sales Internship at Sheraton Colonial Boston North Hotel and Conference Center in late 2011. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Hospitality Administration/Management from Endicott College and education from Apicius International School of Hospitality Management.
