Zayd B.

Zayd B. currently serves as Vice President of Enterprise at Uplimit since May 2022, following a notable tenure at Coursera where Zayd held the positions of Global Director of Customer Success and Account Management and Head of Customer Success for the Americas, both focused on driving revenue, from May 2017 to April 2022. In addition, Zayd contributed as an Advisor at Merit America from June 2021 to January 2022 and worked at Crucial Learning as a Senior Account Executive from May 2009 to April 2017. Early career experience includes serving as a Service Learning Coordinator at DePaul University, facilitating connections between students and non-profits, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant for Dr. Harold Welsh in the Entrepreneurship Department.
