Tim Treadwell

Tim is Head of Strategy at Landsec and led the acquisition of U+I at the end of 2021. He has almost 20 years of real estate experience across investment, development and asset management, much of it in the residential sector. Prior to joining Landsec he held senior roles in a number of high-profile organisations including British Land, where he ran the Wellcome Trust’s Nautilus portfolio, and Knight Frank, where he led the Build to Rent and Funding Team.
