Jari Gustafsson

Jari Gustafsson is the current director at UPM. Jari has also previously worked as the head of R&D Paper Coating at Ciba, director R&D for Latex Industry at Raisio Chemicals Oy, vice president R&D at Latexia S.A., and R&D Manager at both Raisio Chemicals Oy and Oy Raisional Ab. Additionally, they were a project research engineer at Finnminerals Oy. Gustafsson's experience in the paper industry spans almost four decades, having started their career as an assistant to a professor in paper chemistry at Åbo Akademi University in 1980.
