Jessica Trybus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation, healthcare, and education. Currently serving as the Firestarter of Moonshots at X, The Moonshot Factory, since October 2019, Jessica is focused on radical innovation to tackle significant global issues. As a Board Member at The Beckwith Institute since 2012, Jessica is dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery and enhancing patient care. Jessica founded Simcoach Games, where leadership included roles as CEO and Chief Games Officer, innovating in the use of video games for learning and behavior change. Jessica also established Chaos Surfing to invest in early-stage innovation and serves as a board advisor. A founding member of the Remake Learning Council, Jessica advocates for equitable learning practices and has held significant roles with the Pennsylvania Workforce Development Board, Partner4Work, and Carnegie Mellon University. Jessica holds advanced degrees in Entertainment Technology and is a graduate of Cornell University with a BA in English and Theatre.
