Michael Anderson serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Physician Services Division at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center since July 2005, overseeing HR operations for various healthcare facilities including the Hillman Cancer Center and UPMC Children's Hospital. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Human Resource Manager at Cleveland Clinic Health System from January 2002 to March 2005, focusing on HR management for start-up organizations. Michael holds an MBA in Finance and Administration from Robert Morris University and a BS in Industrial Organizational Psychology from John Carroll University.
