Jennifer Hauschildt

Jennifer Hauschildt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jennifer has held various leadership roles at Uponor, a Finnish manufacturing company, including Chief Human Resources Officer, Vice President of Human Resources, and Vice President of IT. In these positions, they have been responsible for global human resources functions, creating people strategies, and overseeing IT operations. Jennifer has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at MidWestOne Bank and MidWestOne Financial Group Inc. Prior to that, they worked at Thomson Reuters in roles such as CTO & Vice President, FindLaw, and Vice President, Talent Development & Diversity. At Thomson Reuters, they led technology departments and oversaw human resources functions supporting employees worldwide. Jennifer also has experience as a consultant, providing strategic leadership for technology projects.

Jennifer Hauschildt earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Gustavus Adolphus College between the years 1988 and 1992. During this time, they also pursued a minor in Computer Science. After completing their undergraduate studies, they attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 1993 to 1995. Jennifer obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS) during this period. Additionally, in February 2021, Jennifer Hauschildt received the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
