Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Administrative Services for Upper Darby Government since February 2022, Schmidt previously held the position of Operations Manager at Amazon from October 2020 to December 2021. With extensive experience at Destination Maternity Corp, which included roles such as Director of Loss Prevention, Senior Regional Loss Prevention Manager, and Regional Loss Prevention Manager - Northeast, Schmidt has demonstrated expertise in shrink control, investigations, and training. Early career experience includes positions at Waterworks and Restoration Hardware, culminating in a bachelor's degree in broadcast, telecommunications, and mass media from Temple University.
