Mitesh Smart is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the engineering and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Uppteam since April 2018, Mitesh has focused on connecting Indian AEC design experts to the US industry while creating job opportunities for young Indian professionals. In January 2023, Mitesh launched Below30 Jobs to address the challenges of job matching between employers and job seekers in the US. Previously, as Principal at RTM Engineering Consultants, Mitesh led multiple MEP design and management projects in Orlando. As the Founder and President of Milan Engineering, Mitesh specialized in innovative HVAC and plumbing system designs for various industries. Early career roles included leading mechanical engineering projects at AJT & Associates and performing mechanical load calculations at BRPH Architects-Engineers, Inc. Mitesh holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
