Clay Morris

Clay Morris has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 with JTC Contracting Inc. There, they held multiple roles, including Installer, Lead Installer, and Operations Manager. As an Installer, Clay gained experience in installing furniture and successfully completed a high-profile project for the Hilton Hotel in downtown Cleveland. As a Lead Installer, they demonstrated strong project management skills by guiding teams, delegating tasks, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. In their most recent role as Operations Manager, Clay orchestrated operations management and scheduling for the company, implementing a new scheduling program that resulted in significant time and cost savings. In 2022, Clay joined Fund That Flip, Inc. as a Business Analyst.

Clay Morris attended Westlake High School from 2005 to 2008. After graduating from high school, they then pursued an Associate's degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting at Hocking College from 2008 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Clay obtained the Agile Foundations certification from LinkedIn in June 2023.
