Lila Best currently serves as the New Product Innovation Manager at UPS Capital, where responsibilities include overseeing product development initiatives, analyzing market trends, and managing innovation portfolios. Lila has held multiple roles within the organization, including Strategy Supervisor and Strategy Specialist, contributing to strategic planning, communications, and event coordination. Previous internships at RaceTrac, Southern Company, and Emory University School of Law provided experience in operations, market research, and administrative support. Lila is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has further enhanced knowledge in strategic innovation through a certificate program at Harvard Business School Online.
