Derek Robinson

Derek Robinson is a seasoned User Experience Designer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior User Experience Designer for UPS since May 2023, Derek provides technical support and troubleshooting for UX design tools. Previously, as a Senior User Experience Design Consultant for Best Buy, Derek optimized user experiences for payments and pricing through user research and collaboration. With over two decades of experience starting at Heavybrea Multimedia, where Derek led UX design initiatives, various roles have included leading digital design projects at Kingspan Insulation and coordinating graphics production at Printpack. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from Full Sail University, earned between 2011 and 2013.
