Cori Dixon

Cori Dixon is an experienced support specialist with a strong background in customer service and leadership. Currently serving as Support Specialist III at Upserve since May 2021, Cori is responsible for handling complex technical issues and documenting bugs for prioritization by Scrum leaders. Prior roles include Support Specialist at Upserve, Assistant Manager at InMotion Entertainment Group, and Manager at 420 Bloomington. Cori also has a significant history of community engagement, having worked as a Community Service Leader at Indiana University, where responsibilities included encouraging student involvement in community service and conducting leadership training. Cori holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Social Work from Indiana University Bloomington and has gained early career experience in various roles at Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation and Wings etc.
