Gloria Davis

Gloria Davis is an accomplished supply chain and operations leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Materials Management & Supply Planning Director and Lean Sigma Black Belt Manager at Upsher-Smith Laboratories, LLC since April 2019, Gloria previously held various significant roles, including Operations Director and Supply Chain Planning Manager at Safco Products, Director of Healthcare Medical Devices Supply Chain at Ecolab, and Corporate Supply Chain Manager at 3M. Throughout a career marked by leadership in operations, supply chain management, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives, Gloria has successfully managed teams of up to 220 associates and delivered substantial cost and inventory savings. Gloria holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
