Joe Volk is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in enterprise applications and SharePoint management. Currently serving as an Enterprise Applications Analyst III at Upsher-Smith Laboratories, LLC since August 2017, Joe is responsible for the delivery and execution of enterprise O365 projects and acts as a Global Administrator for Office365 services. Previous roles include serving as a Sr. SharePoint Analyst at Liberty Diversified International and as a Sr. SharePoint Business Analyst at Cargill, where Joe developed comprehensive expertise in SharePoint administration, business process improvement, and user training. Joe began the career at Cargill in various IT roles, including IT Analyst and IT Associate, and started as an IT Intern, gaining valuable experience in database management and web design. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from North Dakota State University.
