Kasia Ryniak is the Co-founder and Managing Partner at Upside, a technology consulting company specializing in digital commerce. Previously, Kasia worked as a Project Manager and HR Manager at u2i, a software development firm. Kasia holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from Jagiellonian University and has additional education from Erickson Coaching International, University of Valencia, and University of Wroclaw.
