Rafal Cymerys is currently working at Upside as the CTO & Managing Partner, where Rafal specializes in digital commerce and helps market challengers improve and scale their digital platforms & customer experiences. Prior to this, Rafal worked at u2i as a Tech Lead, handling Big Data Analytics projects for Nielsen Corporation. Rafal also previously worked as a Software Developer Intern at Sabre Corporation and IBM, focusing on software development for crew recovery and improving the performance of software QA teams respectively. Rafal holds a BS in Computer Science from AGH University of Krakow.
