Justin Riele

Justin Riele is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in demand generation and marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Demand Generation at Upstart since November 2020, responsibilities include leading teams focused on Lending Partnerships and Auto Retail, as well as overseeing Revenue Operations for Auto Retail to enhance market awareness and sales pipeline growth. In addition, Justin is a competitive professional Ironman triathlete, ranked #65 in the world and among the Top-10 American triathletes, with sponsorship from notable brands. Previous roles include Director of Enterprise Marketing at Big Health, where Justin significantly contributed to growth in the digital mental health sector, and Founder of Taskloop, a mobile platform for college students. Justin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University, where involvement in the award-winning a cappella group The Vanderbilt Melodores included a presidential performance.
