Fred Anthony

Fred Anthony is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software development and innovation across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Innovation Officer at Upstart 13 since July 2025, Fred has previously held significant positions including Vice President of Technology and Senior Director of Technology at JoVE, Chief Technology Officer at Brain Scientific, Inc., Luxury Presence, and Northplains, as well as Senior Director of Engineering at Bolt Mobility. Fred's career also includes founding Triforce Technologies, Inc. and roles at CreativeDrive and SproutLoud Media Networks, showcasing a strong track record in driving technological advancement and operational efficiency.
