Aleeza currently serves as the Managing Director of Operations at UpStart, where Aleeza focuses on program operations and investment strategy. Before this, Aleeza held key positions at BBYO, My Learning Springboard, and Bend the Arc. Aleeza has a background in education and fitness instruction, with degrees from Columbia University, Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, and York University.
