Currently serving as Senior Advisor for Research Strategy and Interim Director of Learning at Upstream USA since May 2018, Kelleen previously held key leadership roles at Power to Decide, where responsibilities included Vice President of Research and Evaluation from 2016 to 2018, and earlier positions in research management. Kelleen's career includes significant roles at NORC at the University of Chicago, New America, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, focusing on policy analysis and program evaluation. Kelleen holds an MPP in Public Policy from the University of Michigan and a BS in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
