Rebecca Willman currently serves as the Senior Regional Director of Partnerships and Community Engagement (South) at Upstream USA, focusing on enhancing access to equitable, patient-centered contraceptive care in the Southeast. Willman has an extensive background in nonprofit and small business management, providing consulting services through Rebecca Willman Consulting, LLC since 2015. Previously, Willman held the position of Vice President, Community Impact + Programs at Family Equality, where strategic initiatives and program developments were prioritized. Willman's experience also includes roles as Membership Director at the Abortion Care Network, Marketing Director at Padgett & Freeman Architects, as well as leadership positions in counseling and academia. Willman holds a Master of Arts in Women's Studies and Sociology from the University of South Florida and pursued a MA/PhD (ABD) at the University of Connecticut, along with a Bachelor's degree combining Women's Studies, African American Studies, and Photography from the University of South Florida.
