VP of Practice Transformation at Upstream USA

Seville Meli, MPH is the VP of Practice Transformation, where she leads the team implementing Upstream’s comprehensive training, technical assistance, and quality improvement program at partner agencies.

Seville has nearly two decades of health services research experience developing and implementing innovative approaches to delivering health care for marginalized populations. While at Boston Medical Center and Boston University School of Public Health, Seville worked to reduce barriers and increase access to clinical services for individuals with substance use disorders and HIV infection. She has extensive experience building dynamic teams and implementing complex National Institutes of Health funded studies in clinical settings, both nationally and internationally. Seville is thrilled to continue expanding the delivery of innovative health care models through her role at Upstream.
