William Chu is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and DevOps. Presently serving as the Head of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering at Uptick since July 2020, William has also held positions as a Senior DevOps Engineer at the same company. Prior to Uptick, William worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Linfox Armaguard Pty Ltd, Arachnys, and RSRCHXchange, a Liquidnet company. Additional experience includes a Software Developer role at PwC and a Programmer position at French Connection Australia. William began a career as a Freelance Developer before obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Monash University and earning Level 2 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
