Kirk Madsen

Kirk Madsen is an accomplished creative professional with over 25 years of experience in design and web services. Currently serving as the Director of Web Services at Upward Engine since November 2022, Kirk leads all web operations, overseeing project management, design, development, and customer support while managing a high-performing creative team. As the owner of Madsen Designs & Illustrations since January 2001, Kirk has delivered a diverse range of freelance projects across multiple industries, specializing in illustrations, graphic design, and web solutions. Previously, Kirk held the position of VP of Web and Creative at Firetoss from August 2013 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing a team focused on strategy, branding, website development, and SEO. Kirk holds a Bachelor's Degree in Illustration from Utah Valley University, completed in 2009.
