Jennifer Zahn

Jennifer Zahn, CMHC, currently serves as the Manager of Clinical Program Development at Upward Health since January 2024, previously holding the position of Clinical Program Specialist focused on Behavioral Health and Social Determinants of Health. Zahn's experience includes participation in the Behavioral Health Coaching Program at Headspace, and a role as a Mental Healthcare Account Manager at AbleTo Inc. Prior to that, Zahn contributed to Mount Sinai Health System as the Associate Director of Care Standardization and worked at Northwell Health as both Senior and Program Manager. Earlier career highlights include analytical roles at Nassau Queens Performing Provider System and Jacobi Medical Center, as well as research efforts with the African Nutrition Security Partnership and as a Teaching Assistant at Cornell University. Education was attained at Cornell University, where a Bachelor of Science in Biology was earned, following prior studies at Loyola University Maryland.
