Sudha Dubey

Sudha Dubey, MD, MPH, currently serves as the National Medical Director of Primary Care and VP of Clinical Excellence at Upward Health since May 2023. Previously, Sudha held the role of Regional Medical Director at CUNY School of Medicine since February 2025 and was an Affiliate Assistant Professor. At NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, active from October 2015 to February 2023, Sudha worked as an Attending Physician in Adult Primary Care. Sudha's career includes a position as Assistant Professor at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and as Site Director for the Residency Clinic at Beth Israel Medical Group, managing residency training and a primary care patient panel. Additional experience includes serving as an Attending Physician at Beth Israel Mount Sinai Medical Center and as a Resident Physician in Internal Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center, where Sudha developed innovative teaching opportunities and received multiple teaching awards. Sudha holds a Master of Public Health from the University at Albany School of Public Health, a Doctor of Medicine from Boston University School of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Medical Clinical Sciences from Boston University.
