Mohamed E. Fagiri has a diverse range of work experience. Mohamed E. is currently the Founder and CEO of uqudo, a company that focuses on providing solutions in the identity space, including digital national ID programs and digital KYC/onboarding. Prior to uqudo, they founded and served as CEO of GRC3D, where they specialized in information security assessments, remediation, and certification support. Mohamed E. also worked as a Principal Consultant at Verizon Business, providing end-to-end security solutions and consultancy services for clients in the Middle East and Africa. Earlier in their career, Mohamed worked as an Information Security Consultant (Identity) as a freelancer, an Identity and Access Management consultant at KPN, and an Identity and Access Management Consultant at Barclays. Mohamed E. began their career as a Software Engineer at Anite, where they were involved in the design and development of large-scale adaptable software applications. Throughout their career, Mohamed has demonstrated expertise in various areas of security, identity management, and compliance, and has delivered successful projects within budget and time-scales.
From 1998 to 2000, Mohamed E. Fagiri attended Edinburgh Napier University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Computer Software Engineering.
