Patrick Tandy has a strong background in construction and project management. Patrick worked at Urban Edge Properties as the VP of Development & Construction, where they managed legal and design professionals and developed project budgets and financial analyses. Prior to that, they worked at DLC Management Corp. for many years, holding various roles including SVP of Construction and VP of Construction/Property Management. At DLC Management Corp., they oversaw development, re-development, and tenant improvement projects for a large portfolio of shopping centers. Additionally, they managed a team and implemented project metrics to evaluate department performance. Before joining DLC Management Corp., Patrick worked at Mearl Corp./Englehard Corp. as the Director of Plant Engineering and Maintenance, where they oversaw various projects including site and building expansion and equipment installation.
Patrick Tandy obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University, completing their studies from 1982 to 1986.
