Richard Watts has extensive experience in finance and development accounting. Currently serving as the Development Accounting Manager and previously as Development Analyst at Urban Edge Properties since October 2018, Richard has honed expertise in financial management. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Eisai US from December 2016 to October 2018 and as a Risk Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from May 2015 to December 2016, focusing on monitoring counterparty credit limits. Additionally, Richard served in the United States Air Force from April 2011 to November 2014 as a Contract Specialist, overseeing contract procurement and management for contingency construction and environmental restoration projects. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Siena College and an MBA from Webster University.
