Robert C. Milton III is the EVP & General Counsel at Urban Edge Properties. Prior to joining Urban Edge, they were a Managing Director, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of CIFC Corp. Mr. Milton has also worked as an Associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where they gained broad transactional corporate finance exposure with a focus in derivatives, structured finance and leverage finance. Robert has represented banks, underwriters, asset managers and hedge funds in a variety of transactions and across multiple industries, with a concentration in the energy sector. Mr. Milton is a member of CIFC's Operating and Risk Management Committees.
Robert C. Milton III has an MBA from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Vanderbilt University Law School, and a BA in Mathematics from Vassar College.
