Mr. Vergara is the Senior Vice President of Property Accounting for Urban Edge Properties, overseeing property / development accounting, lease administration, accounts receivable, and cash application. Since joining Urban Edge in 2016, Mr. Vergara has been responsible for building out and streamlining various internal and external reporting, while utilizing technology enhancements to assist in doing so. Prior to joining Urban Edge, Mr. Vergara served as a Manager at Prudential in a financial reporting role, and prior to that at Deloitte as an Audit Senior, primarily serving asset management clients. Mr. Vergara is a Certified Public Accountant and has a BS & MS in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
