A Senior Vice President, Gerald C. O’Neill, PE, CCM, serves as General Manager for Transportation and Facilities Management Services. In this role, he is responsible for complete oversight of Urban’s Construction Services Division, including construction management, construction inspection, scheduling, estimating and constructability. His leadership has contributed to Urban Engineers’ consistent ranking among the Top 50 construction management firms in the nation according to the Engineering News-Record.

A professional engineer in four states, Jerry brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and a diverse background to the role, having spent time during his career working as a contractor, owner, and consultant. O’Neill earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Temple University. He is a member of the Construction Management Association of America and American Society of Civil Engineers.
