Rachel Schaeffer currently serves as the Athletic Operations Administrator at Urban Impact Foundation in Pittsburgh since January 2023. Previous experience includes working as a Logistics Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics, where Rachel obtained Hazmat and Produce certifications. Rachel also held various roles within the Grove City College Athletic Department, including Operations Intern, Event Staff, and IM Women's Flag Football Commissioner. Other professional experiences include positions as Shift Manager/Leader at The Oven Co, Administration Supervisor Intern at Davevic Benefit Consultants, Inc., and Field Operations at HEADstrong Foundation during a men's lacrosse tournament. Rachel has also interned with the Presidents' Athletic Conference as a Sports Management Intern and worked as a Staff Counselor at Orchard Hill Church. Rachel Schaeffer earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis and Management from Grove City College and has a background in education from Community College of Allegheny County and homeschooling.
