Yeming Rankin

Yeming Rankin is a partner at Rankin Family Ventures, her family investment office, where she leads early stage private investments in tech and select mission-oriented companies. Through her varied experiences, she is motivated to share her analytical and operational expertise and apply her data-driven approach to solving business problems. Prior to venture investing, she co-founded a digital health-tech company, Odeza, a patient communication and workflow platform. There, she wore many hats, but most notably, served as Chief Technology Officer where she led efforts to build the platform from the ground up, and drove implementation at major health systems. Odeza was acquired in 2021 by Ensemble Health Partners.
