Alejandra Garcia

Alejandra Garcia is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources information systems and client interaction. Currently serving as a Senior HRIS Specialist at the Urban Institute since November 2021, Alejandra previously held leadership roles at Corteva Agriscience and DuPont, including HR Service Center Supervisor and HR Shared Services Team Supervisor. Additional experience includes HR coordination at Bridgeforce, human resources roles at C. J. Mushroom Co., LLC, and Kaolin Mushroom Farms, and Spanish interpretation as an independent contractor. Alejandra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Penn State University.
