Rebecca Berger

Rebecca Berger is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in human development and family studies. Currently serving as a Senior Research Associate at the Urban Institute since January 2023, Rebecca previously worked as a Research Scientist at NORC at the University of Chicago from June 2019 to December 2022, and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Maryland from April 2018 to June 2019. Rebecca's earlier roles include Graduate Associate at Arizona State University, Research Associate at FIRST THINGS FIRST, Clinical Research Assistant at Lifespan, and Research Assistant at Brown University. Rebecca holds a PhD in Human Development and Family Studies from Arizona State University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
