Urban Land Institute
Kristina Raspe is a global board member at the Urban Land Institute. Kristina was previously the vice president of real estate development and asset management at the University of Southern California from 2006 to 2013. In this role, they oversaw all off-campus real estate development and construction projects, campus planning activities, and the acquisition and disposition of all university-owned property. Kristina also negotiated and managed all university leases and was responsible for real estate lending and subsidies to university faculty and staff.
