Tabitha Williams

Tabitha Williams is a talent acquisition leader at Amazon where she manages recruiting for some of the technology businesses in the Advertising division. Prior to joining Amazon in 2020, she was at JPMorgan Chase for thirteen (13) years in varied roles in recruiting and diversity. Her last role was Head of Talent Sourcing and Operations for the Advancing Black Leaders (ABL) team. ABL is a diversity strategy aimed at attracting, hiring, retaining, and advancing top talent within the black community, and continuing to define JPMorgan Chase as an employer of choice. She joined J.P. Morgan in 2007 to cover the revenue businesses in the Investment Bank, and was Global Recruiting Manager for Equities, Investor Services, and Risk, before transitioning to the corporate team as Head of Recruiting for Firmwide Controls. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Tabitha worked at Merrill Lynch where she managed recruiting for the CFO’s office. She started her recruiting career in executive and diversity search at Whitehead Mann (now part of Korn Ferry), and holds a Masters in Organizational Change Management from the New School, and a Bachelors in Government from Wesleyan University.
