Danielle Boots

Danielle Boots has over 17 years of experience in human resources. Danielle served as the HR Director at Urban Science, where they led the HR business partner function and provided strategic guidance to executive leadership. Prior to that, Danielle was the Senior HR Manager at Urban Science, where they served as a consultant to the Vice President of Local Account Management and aligned HR and business strategy. Danielle also served as the Associate Director of HR at Wayne State University, College of Engineering, where they managed HR operations and provided expertise in personnel needs. Danielle's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of HR at Comcast Spotlight.

Danielle Boots has a BA in Sociology from Oakland University. Danielle also holds an MSA in Human Resources from Central Michigan University. In addition, Danielle has obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in June 2019.
