Nawaf Abdulrahman

Nawaf Abdulrahman is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of the Information Technology Center at Arabian Gulf University and as the Co-owner and Chief Executive Officer of Urbansoft™. With a rich background in information technology, Nawaf held various leadership roles, including Head of Information Technology at Mohammed Bin Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa Cardiac Centre and IT Director at the Bahrain Olympic Committee. Additionally, Nawaf has extensive experience in managing ICT functions and strategic planning through previous positions with organizations such as the Bahrain Internet Society, Al Baraka Banking Group, and the General Organization for Youth & Sport. Notably, Nawaf implemented a pioneering eLibrary using advanced technologies in the region. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration & Finance from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Bahrain.
