Tess Fleming

Tess Fleming serves as the Director of Brand Marketing and Communications at Urby since May 2022, leveraging extensive experience in visual design and marketing communications. Prior to this role, Tess held various positions at Ennead Architects LLP from November 2015 to May 2022, including Associate and Visual Design & Communications Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing the firm's visual identity and enhancing business development. Previous roles include Graphic Designer at Viant Inc. and Project Manager at FUSION Studio. Tess holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Architecture and Graphic Design from Lehigh University and is currently pursuing the Chief Marketing Officer Program at Columbia Business School Executive Education.
