Luís Miguel Santos has a diverse range of work experience, starting as a Sales Area Manager at LIDL Supermercados from 1999 to 2001. Luís Miguel then worked as a Sales Rep at Wyeth from 2002 to 2004, followed by roles as an Area Sales Manager at Laboratorio JNeves from 2004 to 2007 and as Head of Sales at Mylan Portugal from 2007 to 2010. From 2011 to 2015, Luís worked as a Sales Área Manager at Laboratorios Alter, S.A. and then as Head of Sales Portugal at Uriach from 2016 until the present time. During these positions, they managed teams, implemented business strategies, negotiated with partners, and developed sales plans. In addition to their work experience, Luís also completed an MBA at ISEG – Lisboa School of Economics & Management from 2012 to 2014.
Luís Miguel Santos obtained their MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree in Business Administration and Management from Instituto Superior de Gestão, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their graduation in Management, Marketing, Economics, and Strategic Management at Universidade Moderna de Lisboa from 1993 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Luís Miguel Santos obtained various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include "Course A1.1 Español" from Instituto Cervantes in April 2015, "Microsoft Outlook - a key tool in time management" from CEGOC in April 2015, "Developing skills in coaching and monitoring for business managers" from PTC - PAULA TOMAS CONSULTORES in May 2014, "Action Training in Leadership" from the Portuguese Air Force Academy in October 2012, "Persuasion, Influence and Commitment" from PTC - PAULA TOMAS CONSULTORES in April 2012, and "Leadership and Management Teams" from Laboratorios Alter, S.A. in July 2011.
