URJ 6 Points Sci-Tech Academy
Marc Stober is an experienced educator and professional in the fields of coding, Jewish education, and digital media. Currently serving as a Lecturer at Northeastern University, Marc teaches an introductory graduate-level JavaScript course in the Digital Media program. Additional roles include Coding and Programming Instructor at URJ 6 Points Sci-Tech Academy and Leader of Jewish Learning at Temple B'nai Abraham. Marc has held various teaching positions at several institutions, including Congregation Kehillath Israel and Temple Israel, where duties included roles as Education Director and Cantor. In the tech sector, Marc worked as a Senior UI/UX Engineer at Glytec, leading the implementation of user interfaces for web-based medical products. Marc holds a Cantorial Ordination and a Master's degree in Jewish Education from Hebrew College, along with advanced degrees in Business Computer Information Systems and Jewish and Near Eastern Studies from Baruch College and Washington University in St. Louis, respectively.

At the Union for Reform Judaism's 6 Points Sci-Tech Academy, scientific inquiry meets fun! Campers entering grades 5-10 spend two weeks exploring robotics, video game design, environmental science, digital media, and a host of other fun activities in a friendly setting with campers who share similar interests.
