Prior to joining Urjanet in 2014, Carter served as CFO of TRX, Inc, leading its sale to Concur Technologies in 2013. Earlier at TRX, Carter held progressive roles in finance and accounting, managing a global team and driving financial performance at the publicly traded company, as well as incubating its travel data intelligence platform. Before TRX, Carter worked in the audit practice at Arthur Andersen. Carter holds a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Virginia. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
